The communities of Wetmore and wildlife rehabilitation have lost a long-time rehabilitator and a dear friend with the passing of Cec Sanders.
As founder of Wet Mountain Wildlife Rehabilitation Center, Cec and her husband Tom, dedicated their lives to working with large carnivores, but also cared for the little critters, too. She was passionate about wildlife and helped to heal and return thousands of animals back to the wild.
Cec leaves a legacy of compassion, strength and determination. She will be missed.
