Jennifer Moore Lowe presented her program entitled, “The 1882 Jewish Agricultural Colony at Cotopaxi – what really happened?” at the May 13, 2017 meeting of the WHG&HS.

Jennifer Moore Lowe has been doing genealogy research for over 45 years.  She is a multi-media artist and has an MBA.  She has been researching the history of the Jewish Cotopaxi colony for the last 14 years.
