Wetmore Community Center & Library Grand Opening Celebration 6/21/2017

The renovation of the Wetmore Community Building began in October of 2016.
The community of Wetmore has patiently waited, but the renovation of our building is now complete!
The public is invited to attend the dedication and grand opening celebration hosted by the Custer County Commissioners.
This celebration was held June 21, 2017!
Progress on the Wetmore Community Building, 11/2016

Construction activity continues on the $825,000 remodeling and expansion project at the Wetmore Community Building. Included in the project will be an elevator, a sheriff’s office substation, a new kitchen and restrooms and other upgrades. The project is expected to be completed in mid-January. Progress continues on the Wetmore Community Building, January 2017

Brick work on the front addition continues to progress. Part of the new stairs are completed inside and outside of the building, the roof addition is on, and duct work for the heating and air conditioning has been completed.

Historical Community Building in Wetmore is Scheduled for Remodel!

Congrats to the community of Wetmore!
A $450,000 DOLA grant has been awarded for the renovation of the Wetmore Community Center building! This includes an elevator!
